We found Sterling to be the best construction site manager that we have met by a magnitude. No one else comes close. We found him to be unique in his ability to very professionally manage the construction AND at the same time, provide a great customer experience through his attention to detail. Also, his continuous communication and follow-up so we always knew what was happening was incredible. He showed great focus on listening and understanding any question or concern that we had and he responded extremely quickly to any of our queries, including late at night or on weekends. Thanks to all of his efforts and with the constant communication with him, we really had little to worry about as he made sure everything turned out as promised.

We found Heather made the design center experience, which seemed very daunting at first, turn out to be very smooth. She also understood our style choices very quickly and her suggestions were absolutely excellent. The way all of the design choices came together so wonderfully in the house are a tribute to her assistance and design skill…
